She is passionate about raising awareness for sustainability through interactive and experiential activities, believing that transformative experiences are crucial for inspiring action and fostering a collective commitment to sustainability. Since 2011, Janet has focused on collaborating with corporate entities and businesses. Her work includes dynamic team-building and tailored organizational development aimed at enhancing personal well-being, leadership skills, and ESG-driven strategies to uplift staff capabilities and align teams with sustainability goals.

Alasdair Pocock is a purpose-driven strategist and capacity builder with a focus on innovation.
Alasdair holds a Master of Science from the University of Hong Kong) and a Master of Arts from the University of Aberdeen, both in the field of Economics.
As Founder of Socially Responsible, Alasdair developed the organisation from zero to one, ideating its core concepts, defining its mission, revenue model, and operational framework while securing $100k+ in pre-seed funding. His work at SR focuses on bringing the platform to market and securing durable success for Hong Kong’s charitable sector through enterprise engagement.
As Head of Business Development at DESTEN Inc. (a lithium-ion cell technology innovator), his full-time role, he accelerates clean energy adoption through strategic partnerships and market-driven solutions, leveraging his dynamic understanding of markets and applications for lithium-ion cell technology.
Previously, as Cofounder and Crypto Economist at CryptAM, he explored the valuation of digital assets, assessed investment opportunities, and authored thought leadership on their potential of DLT to reshape sectors, from real assets to energy networks.
